De Anima.

This collection is about my metaphysics research about my artist identity, my inner sigh into myself, and interpretation of my inner voice. Each work is a thesis, a description of the concept of the soul, each image is a unique fragment of one whole, where all shades together unite and form a visual balance and complete one whole spiritual identity, which is what each soul represents.
How did I create my first art collection De Anima
I found that designing my soul and reproducing the instants of its transformation it's definitely my topic.
Where do I start and what is the best way to go about the process?
This time getting started my art collection has been the toughest part. I wanted to create something that's a reflection of myself – not striving to attain technical mastery of the medium. Just allow me to feel and just find a way to let emotions flow.

That's why my new collection is about soul making, where "who am I" is the topic that throughout the process of knowing myself and looking at the depths and meaning of how the world is perceived and how my own personality is seen. Knowing myself begins with consciousness. In order to start the process, it is necessary to realize and embrace my truth, history and understanding of existence. And the name comes from the Aristotle's De Anima seminal work on the process of understanding human beings.

How I set my theme for the first collection "De Anima"?
When deciding on my ideas for a series I have to "try it on" for a few days before I settle on something. I think about the topic that troubles and reflects my state internally in the current period.

The first few days are all about soul searching! I try to collect my thoughts and narrow down the values and concepts that are meaningful to me and related to the mind state.

As I am currently living the process of finding my inner voice and the way to transform it into the art identity, I found that designing my soul and reproducing the instants of its transformation it's definitely my topic. It's exactly what I always feel being capable to show the invisible side of our incognito anima.

This idea excited me a lot but also inspires in its infinity of interpretation.

Start creating
When I started creating the collection I was not planning on working on one piece at a time.

Aiming to keep the collection cohesive, I did the following way:

- cycled through creating at least 4 at a time

- when one of this series of 4 pieces is finished I started on the next

I created more than 20 pieces and then chose which make the most sense together.

Concept behind
In my research i found a lot of references about exploration of the nature of emotions and the body-soul in the essay On the Soul of Aristotle.

This article explores the nature of emotions and the body-soul metaphysics required to undergird them. The point of departure the inseparability of the soul and the interest to integrate the sentient body with the intellect.

However, these paintings do not picture reality, but my perception of reality. It's a call to the spectators that implies to see beyond physical reality, and perceive the hidden structures or intents lying behind.

This concept perfectly represents myself with metaphysical union of logical thought and abstract visual representation of my definition of the inner soul.

Visually connection between images to one another
This series is non linear, there is the common thread: the way the images connect to one another by colours, textures and materials. Focusing on the way to express the movement adding the the same colors and patterns is the way to create visually-unified paintings to ensure that they all look like they go to together.

This series provides both conceptual and visual cohesion, so they look like they go together.

Each type of visual aid has pros and cons that must be evaluated to ensure it will be beneficial to the overall presentation. Before incorporating visual aids into speeches, the speaker should understand that if used incorrectly, the visual will not be an aid, but a distraction.
